Requirements

First aid comes firstYou can't start the Rescue course without current First Aid, CPR and Oxygen Provider certificates, each from the last 12 months.

Certification

  • Open Water certified with 15 to 20 logged dives, or Advanced certified.
  • Bring your certification card and logbook.

Age

  • Minimum age 15.

Medical

  • Complete the dive medical questionnaire.
  • A "yes" to any question means you need a doctor to confirm you're fit to dive, when you book or at least 14 days before the course.

English

  • The online learning is available in several languages. All training with your instructor is in English, so you need to be comfortable in it. Other students can't translate for you.

Dive training starts with the standard recreational diver medical questionnaire, the same wherever you train. What it involves, and when you need a doctor.
