Requirements

Medical conditionsSome conditions, like heart disease, asthma or epilepsy, may stop you diving. Tell us before you book if you have a medical condition.

Certification

  • Advanced Open Water certified. Bring your card and logbook.
  • Dived in the last 12 months.

Age

  • 15 years or older. Under-18s need a parent or guardian’s consent.

Medical

  • Complete the dive medical questionnaire.
  • A "yes" to any question means you need a doctor to confirm you're fit to dive, when you book or at least 14 days before the course.

English

  • The online theory is available in several languages. All training with your instructor is in English, so you need to be comfortable in it. Other students can't translate for you.
