The course was good. Our instructor was great, Matt Pickles. A couple of comments. For the 40m course arriving on day1 for the theory at 8:30 isn’t necessary. Sean and Claire were great trainers and really unfolded the essentials of the course during the theory session. I feel much more confident and safer as a diver having done the course, regardless of depths I dive to. Unfortunately we were unable to do the 2nd and 3rd dives on day 2 but we will do these ASAP - I commend Tony supported by Mark, Claire, Nick and Sean for making the call not to proceed on day 2 given the sea state at the dive site - the crew handled this really well and therefore the divers on board understood and supported the decision.
