We've had many requests to bring back our Dive Site Hire [now Scuba Hire Click & Collect]. It's great to hear so many people are getting back in the water, and we are doing our best to keep the equipment available, clean, and ready to go!

You can now select between 'Dive Centre Collection' and 'Dive Site Collection' during the booking process. If you select 'Dive Site Collection', we will deliver the equipment to you at the dive site according to our schedule. Our Dive Site schedule is available online, but as every diver knows, it will depend on the conditions on the day, and we reserve the right to move if the conditions aren't suitable.

What should I expect?

One of our Dive Professionals will arrive at the dive site at 8 AM. You can collect, use and return your equipment without needing to travel to the Dive Centre! Our Dive Pro will provide you with a dive briefing and general dive site information if requested.

When do I have to return the equipment?

Our Dive Pro will remain at the dive site until 14:00. If you're still exploring underwater at that time, then pop down to the Dive Centre before 16:00 to return the equipment.

How do I book?

  1. Click ‘Dates & Availability’ at the top of the page
  2. Find your preferred date
  3. Click ‘Check Availability’
  4. Select either ‘Collect from Dive Centre’ or ‘Collect from Dive Site’ and click ‘BOOK NOW’

Itinerary


  • dive site hire 8am-2pm
  • dive centre hire weekday 10am pick up to 5pm same day drop off weekends 8am Pickup to 4pm drop off

 

Requirements


  • A rental agreement and liability form must be signed when collecting equipment
  • Equipment must be returned by 14:00 on the same day at the dive site
  • You must hold a valid dive certification from any of the internationally recognised training agencies to rent gear from us
  • Minimum requirement: Open Water Diver
  • Certification must be input online prior to collection

Terms and Conditions


  • PRO DIVE reserves the right to cancel the day before due to lack of demand
  • This scuba equipment is rented for the renters personal use only.
  • The renter acknowledges that he/she is a certified diver and is in good health.
  • Use of BCDs, regulators, cylinders/tanks, computers, or weight belts by non-certified divers is strictly prohibited.
  • Misuse, inability to use correctly, or subsequent damage resulting from misuse, is the responsibility of the renter.
  • The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the rented scuba equipment while in his/her possession and agrees to return it in the same condition as received.
  • The renter should notify PRO DIVE of any faults or damage on return, or as soon as possible
  • Details for a current credit card will be held as security against all rental scuba equipment
  • The replacement value of any dive gear lost or not returned will be charged to the credit card

Returning 

  • All equipment to be returns by:
    • 14:00 at the dive site to PRO DIVE staff; or
    • 16:00 at the dive centre
      • Late returns are subject to additional daily charges

Damage
We accept that from time to time small accidents occur and we will judge damage on merit at our discretion.
