The Rescue Diver Course builds your confidence and transforms you into a safer, more aware diver. Stress is one of the biggest factors leading to diving incidents, and this course teaches you how to prevent problems before they happen, and how to respond effectively if they do.
You’ll learn how to recognise, manage, and resolve stress and emergency situations both underwater and on the surface. The focus is practical, empowering, and designed to make you a better buddy and a more capable diver.
Over two full days, you’ll take part in academic sessions, pool skill development, and open water rescue scenarios—giving you the real-world training needed to respond calmly and confidently in any situation.
