Reef levy
$100 per person, per trip, from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
It covers the Environmental Management Charge (the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park fee), port and admin fees.
Fuel levy
$25 per person for each 3-day, 2-night liveaboard trip.
Divemaster programme
The Divemaster programme (19 days on the reef) has its own charges: $200 per person reef levy plus a $50 fuel surcharge.
How you pay
Both are paid at check-in, before you board.
Changes
The levies are reviewed each year. We update this page when they change, and the amount that applies is the one in place on your trip date.
