Silversonic Dive Sites — Agincourt Reef

28 August 2026 · By Ben de Groot

Silversonic Dive Sites — Agincourt Reef

Departing Port Douglas, Silversonic visits a selection of over 35 stunning and exclusive World Heritage reef sites at the Agincourt Reefs, on the very outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef. These special "ribbon" reefs run parallel to the Continental Shelf beside the Coral Sea trench and are recognised as among the most pristine ecosystems on the reef — crystal-clear water, rich coral growth and spectacular marine life.

Three sites, chosen daily. Silversonic dives three different sites each day, selected from across the four Agincourt reefs to suit the prevailing weather and conditions — so no two trips are quite the same. Agincourt Reef 1 Agincourt Reef 2 Agincourt Reef 3 Agincourt Reef 4

Agincourt Reef 1

At the southern end of the Agincourt chain, Reef 1 showcases rich coral diversity and marine life across its distinctively separate reef structures.
