Verify or replace your dive certification

To dive with Pro Dive you need proof of your current training level. Depending on who issued your certification, you can verify it online, show it in the agency’s app, or order a replacement card.

Trained with Pro Dive Sydney or Pro Dive Manly? The agency depends on when you did the course:

• Before 2010: PADI
• 2010 to 2018: SSI
• 2018 to 2021: RAID
• 2021 onwards: Dive ISC

Trained with Pro Dive Cairns? Your certification is PADI.

Agencies

• Dive ISC: sign in to the ISC DIVER app (iscdiver.com) to show your digital certification.
• PADI: order a replacement card from PADI (a fee applies): PADI replacement card.
• SSI: verify online, or sign in to the SSI app with the details you used on your course: SSI verification.
• RAID: sign in online or use the RAID app to show your certification: RAID certification.

Trading hours

• Pro Dive Sydney (St Peters): Monday 9 am to 5 pm, Tuesday 9 am to 3 pm, Wednesday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 4 pm
• Pro Dive Manly: Monday and Tuesday retail closed (available by phone and email), Wednesday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 4:30 pm

Public holidays: the same hours, except closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Full details on the Sydney and Manly dive centre pages.
