Scuba Instructor Development Course - Sydney - Alexandria

The PRO DIVE Instructor Training Course is your key to opening a whole new world of opportunities and experiences. You will earn internationally recognised qualifications and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to teach people how to scuba dive. With the  2 dive centres situated on the both sides of the harbour in Sydney, PRO DIVE can easily boast as having the busiest diver training network in NSW, with ample opportunity for employment and experience.

This course is designed to train Instructors that when evaluated, are qualified to:

  1. Plan, organise and conduct dives and lead other recreational scuba divers of all levels in Open Water, including rescue activities.
  2. Teach and assess students following the General Diving Standards
  3. To teach open circuit diving with no decompression, on air or nitrox and to a maximum depth of 40 metres / 130 feet.
  4. Plan, organise and conduct scuba diver training courses.
  5. With suitable additional training or experience to plan, organise and conduct appropriate speciality or diving operational activities.
  6. Comply with the prerequisites for Speciality Instructor certifications.
