Once you have a confirmed booking, a voucher for the PADI E learning is set up for you and you will receive login information for this directly from PADI. You should allow at least 6-7 hrs to complete the PADI E learning theory and exam. It is mandatory that this be completed before starting your course.
* Before you redeem the PADI E learning component of your course, it is a requirement that you have answered the Student Medical Waiver Form questionnaire, (a link is available to this form via your confirmation voucher). Important to Note: if you have answered yes to any questions on this form and now require a full dive medical, please have the medical completed prior to accessing your E learning course material.
* Once you have secured your booking, you have up to 48hrs prior to the course commencement to cancel your course booking for any reason and receive
1. A Full refund if you have not redeemed your PADI E learning course material
2. If you have redeemed the PADI E learning course material, then a fee equal to the value of the PADI E learning will be deducted from the refund.
* Cancellations for any reason within 48hrs of the course start date and/or up to the end of the first day of the course
1.Non Refundable.
2.Or, You have the option to change your booking for the 3 Day/2 night outer reef trip, departing on Day Two of the course, from that of a student to the snorkeller option and you will receive a refund of the difference between the course price and the snorkeller trip price, less the cost for the PADI E learning.

1. A Full refund if you have not redeemed your padi E learning course material
2. If you have redeemed the padi E learning course material, then a fee equal to the value of the PADI E learning will be deducted from the refund.
* Cancellations for any reason within 48hrs of the course start date and/or up to the end of the first day of the course
1.Non Refundable.
2.Or, You have the option to downgrade your booking to joining the outer reef trip as a snorkeller and you will receive a refund of the difference between the course price and the snorkeller trip price, less the cost for the padi E learning.
