On your return from sea, Pro Dive will transfer you back to your pre-booked accommodation
Day Five  Flexible Depart Cairns today.  Remember you should not fly any earlier than 1.00pm today.  (Allow 24hrs between your last dive and this flight)or extend your stay

About This Cairns Short Break
One of the main reasons many people take up diving is to explore the Great Barrier Reef and it's not hard to understand why!.
Your great Barrier Reef trip will begin with an early morning transfer to the boat.  Once on board, you will settle into your cabin and a lite breakfast is served as you cruise to the outer reef. You can look forward to generous meals and snacks in between dives and as many as 11 dives during this trip.  The boat will move between dive sites during your stay on the reef.

On the last day, you can expect to be out of the water and heading back to Cairns by 12.30pm.  We are scheduled to have you disembarked back in Cairns by 4.30pm.

What else they need to know

  • You will need to book your own flights to and from Cairns.  The best airfares are available online with your favourite carrier.
  • Full gear hire is included.
  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to cover you for cancellation.  Cover for scuba diving activities is included in the package
  • The option to include the Advanced Open water course is also available.
  • Snorkellers welcome
  • There is no alcohol served on this trip. You are welcome to bring your own (no bottles please) and  you can store your drinks in the fridge provided. Alcohol can only be consumed in the evening and Pro Dive encourages responsible drinking.
  • We request that you only bring a small bag on board. If you have bags you need to be stored when you are at sea, this can be done at the Pro Dive Shop.

3 days and 2 Nights out on the reef on MV Scuba Pro. You can do up to 11 dives (Advanced open water course option also available).
On your return from sea, Pro Dive will transfer you back to your accommodation.
Day Five or Flexible  Travel Day - Flexible Depart Cairns today.  Remember you should not fly any earlier than 1.00pm on the day after you return from sea.  (Allow 24hrs between your last dive and this flight)

Terms and Conditions


The Start date will always co incide with the date for the first nights accommodation.  You will head out to the Outer Reef the next day.  If you wish to add on an extra nights accommodation, please note in the comments field the date you require.
Once bookings are confirmed, you have up to 48 hours prior to check in Date to cancel and get a full refund less $25.00 fee .  Bookings changes can be made up to 48hrs prior to checkin without penalty and subject to availability.check in.
All certified divers must bring their certification cards with them.  As a qualified diver, if you have any preexisting medical condition, you will be required to provide a written letter from your doctor stating you are fit to dive.  This letter should not be dated any earlier than 3 months from check in date.
